What is 'Salvation'?
Inside the heart of every person is a God-shaped hole. People have tried to fill that void with 'everything under the sun', yet still, the heart remains empty without Jesus Christ.

We would like to share with you how you can know God in a personal way and receive 'salvation' and eternal life through God's Son, Jesus Christ.
God sent His only Son to this earth to become a sacrifice for our sins. Jesus willingly laid down His life, making it possible to reunite us with a Holy God. The Bible says in John 3:16-17: "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him". Our part is to simply say, "Lord Jesus, I need you. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. I open my life and receive you now as my Saviour and Lord. Thank you for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of my life. Make me the kind of person you want me to be". If you said that prayer, please contact us and let us know!
Scriptures
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness”(1 John 1:9).
“For whoever calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved” (Romans 10:13).
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come” (II Corinthians 5:17).
Practical Steps
Here are a few suggestions to help you grow in your relationship with God:
Pray everyday. Talk to God in your own words.
Read your Bible. To begin with, read in Psalms and Proverbs and the gospel of John.
After you have read a few verses, rest your spirit and listen for God to speak to you. "The sheep know their shepherd's voice. He calls each of them by name and leads them out...he walks in front of them, and they follow, because they know his voice" (John 10:3,4).
Watch what influences your life. Thoughts form attitudes and later actions. Be sure that everything you are doing enhances your new walk with Christ.
Attend church regularly. Find a good Bible-believing church and go.
Decision
To accept Christ into your life is the most important decision you will ever make. Salvation is received by faith. It is a gift from God. It involves a 'turning away' from sin and giving the direction of your life over to Jesus Christ. God has a great plan for you. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart" (Jeremiah 29:11). We invite you to make this life-changing decision today.
